Om Swastiastu ᬒᬁ
With a humble start in a self-taught yoga practice focused on physical benefits, I delved deeper into the yogic lifestyle, exploring asana, breath control, and meditation. Completing the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Peachtree Yoga in Atlanta, I earned my certification in 2018. Seeking a richer understanding, I journeyed to Rishikesh, India, learning from gurus and masters to embrace the true essence of yoga. In India, I also immersed myself in the mesmerizing world of Himalayan singing bowls, learning the art of their therapeutic vibrations to enhance my holistic approach to yoga and well-being.
Now, holding a Yoga Alliance E-500 hour RYT trainer certificate in Vinyasa, I share my passion by dismantling myths and stereotypes, making yoga accessible to all, emphasizing its spiritual and ethical dimensions. As a seasoned Vinyasa, Shatkarma, and Pranayama instructor with a global teaching experience, including training students in Bali, I prioritize inclusivity and authenticity in my classes. My creative and unique teaching style resonates with students of all levels, fostering a welcoming space. Committed to dispelling misconceptions, I aspire to educate everyone on yogic culture, emphasizing the accessibility and practicality of yoga for people of diverse backgrounds. My ultimate goal is to contribute to a more equitable and inclusive yoga community, breaking down barriers of age, gender, religion, and body type.
